about Maskill Estates.

At Maskill Estates, we offer a bespoke estate agency service for a select group of clients who share our values. We believe in Happy Homes for the Many — creating high-quality homes for those who need them most by transforming underused or vacant spaces into vibrant, livable places.


Across the UK, over 250,000 homes sit empty, many of them long-term vacant and falling into disrepair. At the same time, one in seven shops on our high streets is now empty, leaving once-thriving communities dotted with unused space and missed opportunity.


We specialise in identifying and repurposing these grey belt and forgotten properties — bringing them back into use to help tackle the housing crisis, support regeneration, and create lasting value. From converting upper floors of high street buildings into co-living homes, to reviving underutilised commercial units, we unlock hidden potential in the built environment.

Once we’re aligned, we develop a clear investment brief based on your financial targets and preferences. From there, we source and secure the right properties — including off-market deals others may not see.

managing the project end-to-end

We handle everything — from purchase negotiations to overseeing refurbishments and development work. Once complete, we provide all the certificates, safety checks, and compliance documents needed to rent or sell your property with confidence.

You can be as involved as you like. We also offer mentorship and guidance so you can learn the process hands-on — or simply let us manage the details while you focus on your goals.
